- Fit the M8 plugs.
- Prepare the length of the threaded bars, or chains, and hang the
hood from the ceiling, operating as described below.

- Screw the Ø 8 MA eyebolts to the plugs in the ceiling;
- fit another set of eyebolts directly on the hood using the holes
already prepared on the top edge
- connect the various pairs of eyebolts by means of the chains and
"S" hooks

- Screw the threaded bars directly on the plugs fitted in the ceiling.
- Secure with washers and nuts, then fit the bar cover tubes.
- Lift the hood and position it so that the bars enter the holes
already prepared in the top edge, then secure with nuts and
washers.
HOOD CONNECTIONS
The following connections are provided for the various types of
hoods:
- Fume exhaust (for all hoods)

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Il collegamento alla rete di alimentazione elettrica
deve essere effettuato seguendo le normative vigen-
ti.
Assicurarsi che la tensione di alimentazione e la frequenza corrispon-
dano a quanto riportato sulla targhetta dell'elettroventilatore.
- A monte dell'apparecchiatura deve essere installato un interruttore
onnipolare, di portata adeguata, che abbia una distanza di apertura dei
contatti di almento 3 mm.
Questo interruttore deve essere installato nell'impianto elettrico perma-
nente del fabbricato, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'apparecchiatura;
inoltre è richiesto il posizionamento di fusibili di linea con portata da 10 A.
- E' indispensabile collegare l'apparecchiatura ad un efficace presa di
terra. A tale scopo in prossimità della morsettiera di allacciamento, vi
è una vite con simbolo
al quale va allacciato il conduttore di terra.
Effettuare il collegamento elettrico (solo per i modelli con elettroventilatore
incorporato), dall'interruttore onnipolare che alimenta l'apparecchiatu-
ra alla apposita scatola di connessione EE, tramite cavo antifiamma di
sezione minima 3x2.5 mmq rispettando lo schema elettrico.
Il modello KLCV per lavastoviglie, sono dotati inoltre di un interruttore
on-off luminoso incorporato sul frontalino.
Eseguire il collegamento elettrico al quadro come riportato sullo schema
elettrico.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità qualora le
norme antinfortunistiche non vengano rispettate.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
STARTING UP
Un volta eseguiti i collegamenti elettrici, è possibile procedere alla
messa in funzione dell'apparecchiatura dando tensione al circuito
mediante l'interruttore generale posto sul quadro.

During the updating phase, the controller checks that the value
measured by the sensor is within + 6% RH (humidity increasing) or -
6% RH (humidity decreasing) compared to the last stored value,
updating it in order to follow the normal climatic trend.

at any time, the controller increases the fan speed by 5% for each RH
degree (adjustment phase).

faulty and should be replaced.
•The controller systematically checks the following parameters:

-voltage
-fan power factor (W)
-correct switching on of the TRIAC.
•If one or more of the above-mentioned parameters is abnormal for
more than three consecutive times during this check, the controller
switches off the motor and the internal indicator light blinks fast.
These parameters may be reset by putting the controller to
the normal operating phase. A fuse is inserted inside the controller.
•Measure the current absorption of the electric fan for the maximum
extracted air flow, ensuring that it falls within the values indicated on
the electric fan rating plate in relation to the relative voltage.
To decrease current absorption, reduce the air flow by means of the
damper (if installed) or by artificially creating a drop in pressure through
the electric fan.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
PRECAUZIONI PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria possono essere eseguite da
personale non specializzato, seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni
riportate di seguito.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi operazione
effettuata sull'apparecchiatura trascurando tali norme.
Prima di effettuare operazioni di pulizia o di manutenzione,
disinserire l'apparecchiatura dalla rete di alimentazione elettrica.
Pulizia periodica
Pulire giornalmente le parti in acciaio inox con acqua tiepida saponata
e sapone neutro o con prodotti aventi una biodegradabilità superiore
al 90% (allo scopo di ridurre l'emissione nell'ambiente di sostanze
inquinanti), quindi risciacquare abbondantemente ed asciugare con
cura.
Per la pulizia dell'acciaio inox evitare nel modo più assoluto l'uso di
prodotti detergenti contenenti sostanze abrasive o corrosive; nonché
di trucioli, paglietta, spazzole o raschietti d'acciaio comune.
Una cappa aspirante è un' apparecchio la cui funzione consiste nel
catturare l'aria contenente grassi e odori provenienti da apparecchiature
di cottura.
La cappa deve comunque essere sottoposta a regolari interventi di
pulizia e manutenzione di seguito indicati, allo scopo di poter ottemperare
ai requisiti igienici che le cucine moderne sono chiamate a soddisfare.
OVEN HOODS
Remove the grease filters from the hood every week:
To do this, use a screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the
filter support.
Use a water-jet pipe to wash the filters with warm water and detergent;
if necessary use a soft dishwasher brush.
After having washed the filters, rinse them in warm water, shake them
well and leave them to drip before replacing them in the hood. Using
the screws, fix them once more to their support.
When necessary, descale the oven boilers, removing the relative
covering panel "F".
