Features of the SW164OSM 4 video matrix
security system the matrix controls 16 video inputs (cameras) on 4 outputs (monitors), by means of
KEYPLUS and DCS2 control keyboards.
In the following table the main features are described, with factory settings marked by *.
Features:
• On screen configuration of the matrix working parameters.
• 4 national languages : Italian, English*, French and German.
• Two independent automatic sequence cycles for each operator : day and night cycles (default*: input #
1 on all outputs permanently).
• Management of 16 alarm contacts :

alarm contacts individually configurable as normally open*/closed/not used
⋅
alarm groups, with distinct dwell times for each alarmed input (default*: 2 seconds)

management of continuous/pulse* alarms
⋅
acknowledgement of all active alarms*/only last one
• 4 reset types of the alarm condition :

from keyboard : a reset password may be asked to the operator

external reset

time reset : from 5 seconds to 1 hour after the last alarm

automatic reset: at the end of a continuous alarm signal
• For each operator a set of alarm contacts to be controlled may be defined (default*: each operators
controls all contacts)
• Warning buzzer of alarm condition (default*: on)
• 24-character identification texts of the video inputs

3 video outputs allow the introduction of the optional ID07 card for character generation (one for
each output)
• Up/Down function for quick selection of video inputs
• On screen date and hour, with configured format and position
• Control of VTR trigger, for the recording of inputs on magnetic tape, with a minimum switching time of
20msec
• Control of a serial printer for event recording (alarms, reset, matrix on, matrix off)
