5. SOUDAGE
WELDING
Comment régler votre poste (voir page 15)
Sur le barème de soudage :
Mettre l'index du potentiomètre P3 30 en face de
l'épaisseur à souder.
Suivant le ∅ du fil lire dans le faisceau
correspondant le numéro marqué en regard de
l'index.
Afficher le numéro lu au commutateur CM1 3.
Choisir le mode de soudage CM2 35.
Souder.
Affiner le réglage en agissant sur P3 30.
Choix de polarité :
Fil plein acier/inox/alu : brancher câble B (polarité
torche) sur embase
embase

Fil fourré Zn/fil fourré sans gaz : brancher câble B
(polarité torche) sur embase
masse C sur embase
Afin d'éviter le collage du fil électrode dans le bain de
soudage lors de l'opération soudage par point, un
dispositif d'anti-collage ou programmateur fin de
soudage (PR) est inclus dans le poste dans sa version
de base (le temps du PR peut être retouché sur le circuit
imprimé par le potentiomètre P8).

How to set up the welding set (see page 15)
On the welding scale :
Set the pointer of potentiometer P3 30 against
the thickness of plate to be welded.
Read off the number on the scale corresponding
to the electrode wire diameter.
Set switch CM1 3 to this number.
Select the welding mode to be used on switch CM2 35.
Carry out welding.
For fine adjustment use P3 30.
Choice of polarity :
Solid steel/stainless steel/aluminium electrode
wire : connect cable B (torch polarity) to the base
and the ground cable C to the base
Zn cored/gas-free cored wire : connect cable B
(torch polarity) to the base
cable C to the base
To prevent the electrode wire sticking to the molten
bath during spot welding an anti-sticking or end of
welding programming (PR) device is incorporated in the
basic version of the welding set. The corresponding
time-delay may be adjusted by means of potentiometer
P8 on the printed circuit board.
