Cleaning and Disinfecting the Meter

NOTICE To avoid malfunction of the meter, follow the procedures
below to clean and disinfect the meter.
Make sure the meter is turned off.

Do not use sprays of any sort.

Ensure that the cloth or cotton swab/bud is only damp, not wet, to
■
protect against moisture entering the meter.
Useful tip for self-testers: To prevent soiling, apply blood via side-
dosing directly from fingertip.
