Obstacle management
If the door meets an obstacle:
When it opens : It stops and re-closes slowly. The next opening is done slowly for a new calibration and the
next closing is at standard speed.
When it closes : it stops, and re-opens. After the pause time it closes slowly. The next cycle will be standard.
If the obstacle remains, the door re-opens again, and remains open waiting for a command with the led blinking
RED/GREEN. After 5 min. another attempt of closing is done : if the obstacle is still present the door re-opens
and the cycle starts again.
If the operator is used for disabled persons doors, [ in compliance with the Regulation EN 12650-1, EN
12650-2 ], set Dip5 in ON position and adjust the two trimmers V.Close and V.Open in order to set the
min. trip time of the door according to the following table:
Door lenght
750 mm
850 mm
1000 mm
1200 mm
By setting Dip5 in ON position, the min. time of slowing down in closing ( last 10°) is set at 1,5 Sec. and
the max static motor torque, measured at 25 mm to the main closing edge, will be set at 67N.
Adjust the T.Pause for a waiting time not less then 5 sec.
Attention : Disabled persons doors must be identified with proper indications.
The operator is equipped with a superheterodyne receiver with a Keeloq® Hopping Code security protocol.
It can hence detect only compatible remote controls.
NOTE : The transmitters has no effect unless a calibration of the door has been successfully effected.
Before memorising the transmitters it's advisable to set the switch in Position II " door free ".
Memorising
Follow the following procedure to memorise the remote controls into the receiver internal memory:
1 - Keep the button P1 pressed down for 4 sec. until the led LP starts to flash GREEN;
2 - Release P1 and push the key of the transmitter which has to be memorised and verify LP which has to do a
longer pulse and after blinks again, waiting for more transmitters;
3 - Push the keys of all the transmitters to memorise;
4 - At the end, if within 6 sec. no more transmitters are activated the LP comes back to GREEN stable and the
procedure finishes.
