USE/OPERATION

WARNING!

While reading this Manual, the operator must pay particular attention to the symbols shown on the plates (see Visible Symbols On

Do not cover these plates for any reason and immediately replace them if damaged.

BEFORE MACHINE START-UP

Brush or pad-holder installation

According to the kind of cleaning to be performed, the machine
can be equipped either with the brush (A, Fig. 1) or the pad-
holder (B) with pad (C) together with the appropriate deck.
1. Place the brush (A) or the pad-holder (B) under the brush
deck (23).
2. Lower the brush deck by pressing the pedal (9-B).
3. Turn the switch (41) to "I".
4. Press the push-button (42, LED on) to start the machine
functions.
5. Place at least on hand on the presence sensor (46), start
the gearmotor until the brush is engaged. If necessary,
repeat the procedure until the brush is engaged.
Brush or pad-holder removal
6. Lift the brush deck by pressing the pedal (10-A).
7. Turn off the machine by pressing the switch (41).
8. Under the deck (23), grab the brush (24) with the hands
and turn it abruptly in its normal rotation direction to
disengage it.
