Cause
Abrasive build-up in the nozzle
Wrong grade of abrasive material
Abrasive material worn
1. Transformer damaged
2. Light damaged
3. Bad contact
1. Viewing window not sealed
properly
2. Door not sealed properly
3. Funnel not sealed properly

Solution
1. Wet abrasive, have it dried
2. Drain water from the air
compressor
Replace by abrasive material of right
grade
Strain or replace abrasive material
1. Replace transformer
2. Replace light
3. Have it repaired by a qualified
technician
Replace corresponding foam sealing
strip.
