④ Fix the fuel tank cap.

3. Starting the engine

(1) Disconnect any load from the AC socket, and turn off the AC circuit
breaker.

(2) Turn the fuel valve to "ON" position.
(3) Turn the wind-block color rod to
"CHOKE" position.
(4) The manual start: Turn the engine switch to "ON"
position. Pull the starting handle slightly until you feel
some resistance, then put forth your strength
to pull it.
