Special regulations apply if the trailer is to be parked in public. As per §12 of the German Road
Traffic Regulations (StVO) vehicle trailers must not be parked any longer than 14 days. This of
course does not apply to private plots of land or for areas marked accordingly. Furthermore, as per
§17 of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) single-axle trailers must not be parked on roads
without lighting. They must be illuminated with their own source of light or by other approved lighting
systems.
Thanks to its design, the FOR-ONE Trailer can be parked upright to save space. To do so, the rear jib
is folded in and secured with a lashing strap to prevent it from falling unintentionally. Then, with the
help of a second person, pull the trailer upwards by the tow bar, set it down on the rubber spacers
and the turning wheel and secure it to prevent it from toppling over. If possible, the trailer should be
parked in a dry room with a maximum air humidity of 80% (non-condensing).

8 | Cleaning and care

8.1 | Cleaning

To keep your trailer in good condition and ensure that it will give you many years of reliable service,
you should clean the trailer regularly. At the same time you can check for any damage.
When cleaning and caring for it, you should always consider the environment. Use a biodegradable
vehicle cleaner for cleaning your vehicle. Do not allow any cleaner to enter into the soil.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of damage!
In general steam jet cleaners, high-pressure cleaners etc. must not be used as
they drive moisture/water into the bearings and seals on the trailer and can also
damage the electrics.
