opERAtIon - VAcUUM pAcKInG In BAGs

1. Prepare the appliance as described in the
section "Preparing the appliance for opera-
tion" on Page 17.
2. Open the cover of the appliance. Check to
make sure the seal is inserted properly. If
there are any foreign objects such as crumbs
on the seal, they have to be removed, since
otherwise no vacuum can be created.
3. Fill the bag with the food to be vacuumed.
For optimal results, the bag should not be
too full. Leave about 8 cm between the con-
tents and the edge of the bag.
4. Place the open end of the bag in the middle
of the vacuum packing chamber.
5. Close the cover and press the two catches on
the right and left of the appliance inward at
the same time.
6. Press the button "Vacuum & Seal". The
indicator lamp lights up red to indicate that
vacuum packing is in progress.

1. Prepare the appliance as described in the
section "Preparing the appliance for opera-
tion" on Page 17.
2. Open the cover of the appliance. Check to
make sure the seal is inserted properly. If
there are any foreign objects such as crumbs
on the seal, they have to be removed, since
otherwise no vacuum can be created.
3. Cut the required amount of film from
the roll. Caution: Add at least 7.5 cm for
vacuum packing. If you wish to reuse the
bag, you have to add even more: allow 2.5
cm for each vacuum packing process.
4. Place one open end of the film over the
sealing gasket. You do not have to insert
this end of the bag into the vacuum packing
chamber, since the bag first has only to be
sealed, without creating a vacuum.

opERAtIon - VAcUUM pAcKInG In thE contAInER

Please use only containers that are suitable for vacuum packing.
If you wish to vacuum pack liquids in the container, cool them in the refrigerator first. If you wish to
vacuum pack ground or granulated foods in the container, please place a paper towel on top of the
food before closing the lid and starting the vacuum packing process.
1. Prepare the appliance as described in
the section "Preparing the appliance for
operation" on page 17.
2. Place the food to be vacuum packed in the
container. Leave a space of at least 1 cm

7. When the optimal vacuum result has been
achieved, the bag is sealed: the indicator
lamp shows this by lighting orange.
8. The appliance starts with sealing, the
vacuum pump no longer works.
9. When the process is completed, the indica-
tor lamp lights green and the two catches on
the appliance open automatically.
10. Now open the lid and remove the bag.
11. The vacuum packing process is completed
and the food in the bag is vacuum sealed.
12. If you only wish to seal the bag without a
vacuum, just press the button "Seal Now".
13. If you wish to interrupt the vacuum packing
process, press the button "Vacuum & Seal"
again.
14. Always check whether the vacuum result
meets your requirements and ensure that
the sealing strip is complete and flawless.
5. Close the cover and press the two catches on
the right and left of the appliance inward at
the same time.
6. Press the button „Seal Now". The indicator
lamp lights up orange to indicate that the
appliance is sealing. The vacuum pump is
still off.
7. After a short time the indicator lamp lights
up red, the appliance works for another
approx. 2 seconds.
8. Once the process is completed, the cover of
the appliance opens slightly and the indica-
tor lamp lights green.
9. Open the lid and remove the bag.
10. Now you can start vacuum packing, as
described on Page 17.
11. If you wish to interrupt the vacuum packing
process, press the button "Vacuum & Seal".
