First-time Operation

Install Client Manager

Turn off the computer.

Connect the CD-ROM drive to the computer, then set the included CD-ROM to the
CD-ROM drive.

Turn on the computer.

In [Start]-[Run], input [L:\wlan\cm\setup.exe] and select [OK].

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Install the Wireless LAN Card driver
Windows 98

Set the Wireless LAN Card to the PC Card slot.

Select [Next], then select [Next].

Select [Specify a location], then input [L:\wlan\win98] and select [Next].

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Windows 2000

Set the Wireless LAN Card to the PC Card slot.

Select [Next], then select [Next].

Select [Specify a location], then select [Next] and then input [L:\wlan\win2000]
and select [OK].

Select [Next].

At [Digital Signature Not Found], select [Yes].

Select [Finish].
Windows NT

Set the Wireless LAN Card to the PC Card slot.

Select [Install the driver that was provided with the PC Card], then select [OK].

Input [L:\wlan\winnts] and select [OK].

Select [No].

At [Microsoft TCP/IP Properties], set the settings confirmed by the system admin-
istrator, then select [OK].

Select [Reboot Now].
The computer will restart.
