5. Important Information – Keep for Later use
• read these instructions carefully and show them to other users.
• Plug the unit only into the mains voltage specified on the rating plate.
• You must never connect the foot bath to the power supply when your feet are already in the water. If the
device is damaged, this can lead to lifethreatening electric shock.
• Ensure that the foot spa is undamaged before using it. If any fault or malfunction should occur during
use, switch the unit off immediately and remove the plug from the mains socket. Never attempt to repair
the unit yourself.
Improper repairs can expose the user to considerable risks.
• The unit is intended only for the purpose described in the instructions for use. The manufacturer cannot
be held responsible for damage caused by improper or careless use. The unit is not intended for com-
mercial use, nor for use in medical clinics etc.
• The unit should not be used for longer than 20 minutes without interruption.
• Never operate the unit unattended.
• Never stand in the foot bath.
• Always switch the foot bath off and remove the plug from the mains socket before moving it or cleaning
it. Always make sure your hands are dry.
• Never immerse the device in water.
• Children are not aware of the dangers associated with electrical appliances. Make sure that the foot
bath cannot be used by children without supervision.
• To fill the foot bath, it must not be placed in the shower, bath tub or wash basin.
• The device must not be connected to the power supply while being filled.
• Consult your doctor if you have any medical condition which affects the legs or feet, e.g. phlebitis, vari-
cose veins or diabetes.
• The water must be drained only through the drain holes.
• Do not operate the foot massager without water.
• Do not open the foot massager. Failure to comply invalidates the warranty. You must not adjust or repair
the foot massager yourself or its correct function will no longer be guaranteed.
6. Disposal
Please dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment).
