Shooting Precautions
・ Focus first using the focus ring on the Fieldscope/EZ-Micro you are using by viewing the camera's LCD
monitor, then make fine adjustments with the camera's AF (autofocus) function.
・ If you cannot focus on the subject using the camera's AF, lock the AF by pressing the shutter release
button halfway, then set the focus again using the focusing ring of the Fieldscope/EZ-Micro while
viewing the camera's LCD monitor.
・ With high-magnification shooting, the depth of field is shallow. Be sure to focus carefully.
・ When using the supplied cable release, slowly push to release the shutter. If you push too strongly, the
camera position may change.
・ With high-magnification shooting, you can prevent vibration by using a self-timer or remote switch.
・ If you notice external light on the LCD monitor or image (picture), use the supplied light shielding
rubber sheet to prevent light entering between the mount and lens of the camera. If lights still enter,
cover the whole equipment with a shield such as a black cloth.
・ Camera position may become misaligned during camera operation. Before releasing the shutter,
confirm the vignetting and adjust the camera if necessary.
・ Do not use flash when shooting.
