Before ordering an additional or replacement head assembly, be aware that specific
measurements are needed to effectively and efficiently process your order.
To properly measure the escalator or moving sidewalk, refer to Figure 2 and follow these
guidelines:
1.
With a measuring device, measure the horizontal distance from side wall to side
wall, on the bottom step (see solid arrows in Figure 2).
If safety brushes are installed on the escalator or moving sidewalk, measure the
horizontal distance from brush tip to brush tip, on the bottom step (see dashed
arrows in Figure 2).
2.
Subtract 1/2" from the measurement. This is the number you will be asked to
provide when you place your order.
