Power supply

The mains outlet to which the wall power supply is connected must be easily accessible so that
the device can be quickly separated from the mains voltage in case of an error.
The mixer and all connected devices must be switched off when connecting the voltage supply.
Make sure that all electrical connections and connection cables between the different devices
and any extension cables comply with the regulations and the operating instructions.
Unplug the power supply if you do not use the device over a period of time.
Mains operation
Plug the low voltage connector of the wall power supply into the power socket (43) of the mixer.
Secure the connection by tightening the coupling nut.
Plug the wall power supply into a (230V~/50Hz) mains socket.
Battery operation
The mixer can be powered via batteries instead of the wall power supply. Note that the operating time of the mixer
is reduced to a couple of hours when it is battery-powered. For environmental and economical reasons it is advisable
to operate the device with the wall power supply.
Loosen the screw of the battery compartment on the underside of the device.
Remove the battery compartment lid and insert three 9V alkaline (PP3) batteries. Observe the polarity.
Screw the battery compartment lid back on.
Batteries should be kept out of the reach of children. Do not leave batteries lying around openly.
There is a risk of them being swallowed by children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor
immediately. Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries.
Batteries must not be short-circuited, opened or thrown into fire. Do not attempt to recharge
batteries. There is danger of explosion. Remove the batteries from the device if you do not use
it for a longer period of time (> 1 week).
The batteries must be exchanged if there are distortions, if the volume is significantly reduced, if the phantom power
is insufficient or if the device does not function properly any more.
