You can connect your monitor amplifier to this asymmetric mono
jack socket output. This output supplies the sum of all monitor

channel signals (depending on the settings of the respective MON
controls).

You can connect your headphones to this stereo jack socket output.

The output supplies the left and the right MASTER output signal.
The headphones should have an impedance of at least 100 ohms,
as otherwise there might be mismatches.
