Remove all cardboard covers from aluminum containers.
If necessary, cover ovenware with aluminum foil tucked tightly
around the edges.
Do not allow foil to touch Oven sides or Heating Elements.
Never cover the Broiling Drip Tray or Crumb Tray with aluminum
foil as this could cause accumulated grease or crumbs to ignite.
Always use oven mitts when removing hot racks or pans.
2. WireRackPositioning
The Oven is equipped with a Wire Rack and a Baking/Broiling Pan which
can be slid into either of the three levels provided for the racks. The Rack
can also be turned over to create additional levels.
3. TemperatureMode
Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature by pressing and holding in
the SELECT button for 2 seconds. Release the SELECT button when the
appropriate temperature mode C° or F° is shown in the Display Window.

CONVECTION COOKING

Your Toastess Convection Oven/Broiler uses a fan to gently and evenly
circulate heated air. This produces more uniform cooking temperatures
resulting in an even browning and a shorter cooking time.
Place the Wire Rack or Baking/Broiling Pan into any of the three levels or
a combination of any two levels. Other metal ovenware (bake pans, spring
form pans or cookie sheets, etc.) may be used provided they are oven safe
and permit at least 1/4" (6 mm) space all around the ovenware. Glass
ovenware needs at least 2" (5 cm) of space all around the ovenware.
NOTE : Glass ovenware should never be used on the bottom rack level.
Press the Bake function. The Green Indicator Light will illuminate.
The green indicator light will also illuminate beside the word TIME.
Press the up or down arrows until the desired time shows in the
Display Window.
Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature by pressing and holding
in the SELECT button for 2 seconds. Release the SELECT button when
the appropriate temperature mode is shown in the Display Window.
