The last one switches the light OFF
Light only switches OFF upon expiry of the
stay-ON time of the last wireless sensor in a
group within wireless reach. The switching
signal is limited by the devices wireless reach.
Wireless communication troubleshooting
Are the products you wish to connect set to
n
the same group address?
Is the signal at the receiver too weak because
n
it is positioned too far away?
Can the wireless signal leave the transmitter
n
and reach the receiver or is exposed to inter-
ference (metal enclosure etc)?

Lights switch ON without
Light being switched ON by
n
obvious movement
air flow from HVAC vent
Movement occurred but not
n
identified by the sensor
(movement behind wall,
movement of a small object
in immediate lamp vicinity
etc.)
The wireless module operates as a receiver in
the idle state. It automatically switches over to
transmitter mode as soon as movement triggers
a switching operation in the HBS 200/300
Highbay.
Is there any interference from other transmit-
n
ters operating on the same frequency?
Are other transmitters operating outside the
n
system which, although working on a differ-
ent frequency, are doing so at very high
transmission power?
Remedy
New fuse switch, turn light
