8) In case of poor or disturbed reception,
check if
a) the reception can be improved by using
a different transmission channel
b) the batteries of the units are discharged
(LED on the unit permanently shows
red) .
c) the distance between the transmitter
and the receiver is too long .
d) the reception is disturbed by objects in
the transmission path .
e) the reception can be improved by turn
ing the antenna of the transmitter .
9) To switch off the transmitter, set the switch
(7) to the right stop to OFF: After switch
ing off, the LED BATT . LOW (8) turns from
green to red before it is extinguished .
Note concerning multichannel operation:
The number of channels to be used in parallel
depends on the conditions at the place of appli
cation (e . g . on interference due to other wireless
systems or highfrequency sources such as fluores
cent lamps) . In ideal conditions, up to four channels
can be operated at the same time without mutual
interference . Two examples of a suitable channel
selection for four wireless transmission paths:
Example 1:
channel 0 – channel 2 – channel 5 – channel B
Example 2:
channel 5 – channel 8 – channel E – channel F
