Using the CD-ROM manuals
The manuals can be viewed on a computer with
Adobe Reader installed.
You can download Adobe Reader for free from the
Adobe website.

Open the "index.html" file on the CD-ROM.

Select the language of the manual you want
to view.
Note
If you damage or lose the CD-ROM, you can purchase a
new one from your dealer or Sony service representative.
Installing batteries
CAUTION
The following size and number of batteries are
required for the Remote Commander.
Size AA (R6) battery
2 pieces
To avoid risk of explosion, use only the following
type of battery.
Manganese or alkaline battery

Remove the lid, then install the two AA (R6)
batteries (supplied) with the correct polarity.
While pressing the
lid, slide it.

Replace the lid.

Connecting the AC Power Cord

Plug the AC power cord into the AC IN socket,
then attach the plug holder to the AC power
cord.

Slide the plug holder over the AC power cord
to fix to the unit.
Attaching the Projection Lens
Notes
Avoid removing/attaching the lens with the projector
installed suspended from a ceiling.
For usable projection lenses, see "Optional accessories"
on the Operating Instructions.
Do not attach any lens other than the specified accessory
lens sold separately.
Be careful not to drop the projection lens.
Avoid touching the lens surface.

Turn off the projector, then unplug the AC
power cord from the wall outlet.
Caution
When replacing the lens, your eyes may be
damaged if a strong light accidentally gets into
your eyes. Before replacing the lens, turn off the
projector and then unplug the AC power cord.
