Within the U.S.A., this Warranty is honored directly through Vita-Mix®
Manufacturing.
You will be deemed to have accepted the returned product "as is" upon delivery
unless you notify Vitamix of any problem, including shipment damage, within
48 hours of delivery.
If a machine was purchased within the U.S.A. or Canada, but is currently outside
the U.S.A. or Canada, all shipping and resulting taxes and duties are at the owner's
