9. Application Programs
The application programs „Totalising" and „Batching" are both being controlled via the Plus key. Since
both programs have their own process, you need to install one of these functions on the Plus key (see
seperate description 470.702.119 User Mode UCAL 1 pos. 08).
The following functions can be installed on the Plus key:

1. Totalising

2. Autototalising
3. Batching
4. Autobatching
9.3 Totalising
Place weighing product on the scale in weighing mode and accept the weight
value in the total memory by pressing the Plus key.
Remove the weighing product from the scale or - dependent on the previous
setting - unload the scale. In Setting mode (see separate description
470.702.119 User Mode UCAL 1 pos.10), define whether the scale must be
unloaded each time, before you place a product on the scale, by increments of
1 to 30. If the scale ist not being unloaded by this amount, the weight is not
accepted in the total memory. This prevents operations such as saving an item
twice.
Place the next weighing product on the scale and press the Plus key again to
accept the weight value in the total memory.
Repeat this procedure as desired.
A full total memory is recognised by the totalising character (∑).
Call up the total value
Press the Info key and then the Plus key.
The display then scrolls between: gross weight, tare weight, net weight and
number of totalisations. Cancel or end by pressing the Clear key.
Clear the total memory
Press the Clear key and then the Plus key.
Totalising with tare
Refer to Chapter 7.3.
An active tare weight is indicated by the symbol "NET" appearing in the display.
Autototalising (see separate description 470.702.119 User Mode)
Place weighing product on the scale in weighing mode and accept the weight
value in the total memory by pressing the Plus key.
Remove the weighing product from the scale and place the next weighing
product on the scale. The weight is automatically accepted in the total memory.
Repeat this procedure as desired.
