Optional Functions

8.1 Freely Programmable Function Key

The Terminal 3010 has a freely programmable Function key. In the setting mode
you can install the following functions on the Function key:
Activate the setting mode by pressing the Print key and On/Off key simulta-
neously for more than 5 seconds, until UCAL 1 appears on the display.
Press the Tare key or Function key until UCAL4 appears on the display and
confirm by pressing the Print key.
Subsequently press the Tare key or Function key until Position 02 appears and
confirm by pressing the Print key.
Choose your function by pressing the Tare key or Function key and confirm by
pressing the Print key.
Press the Zeroing key, UCAL4 apperas on the display.
In order to quit the Setting mode, press the Print key and Zeroing key subse-
quently. Your settings are being saved and the display switches back to Weighing
mode.
Your function has now been installed on the Function key and will be activated as
soon as you press the Function key in Weighing mode.
