OTDR links status

Testing an OTDR link

General information concerning the selected alarm is displayed.
3 Click on the View Trace link to see the trace corresponding to the
detected alarm.

OTDR links can be tested or measured via the Web Interface
1 Click on OTDR Links on the left menu.
The list of OTDR links is displayed. For each link, the date of the
last test performed and the level of severity associated to the result
are displayed.

NOTE
In the OTDR Links page, the different levels of severity are displayed
at the bottom of the page. If the level of severity is green, no alarm
has been detected on the link.
NOTE
A no monitored link has the Warning level of severity by default.
1 Select from the list, the link to test.
2 Click on the Test tab and check Test.
