NOTE
The SIM card must be set into the OTU-8000 when the GSM option
is available.
Before installing the OTU-8000, and all the other options, you must
install the SIM Data card into the slot provided for that purpose in the
OTU-8000, if you acquired the GSM option.
1 Remove the PIN code from this SIM Data Card, before installing it
into the OTU-8000:
– Set the card into a portable phone and use the corresponding
menu to remove the PIN code.
2 Remove the upper cover from the OTU-8000:
– Unscrew the 2 screws M2.5 on each side of the OTU-8000, at
the back of the equipment.
– Unscrew the screw M2.5 on the upper cover, at the back.
NOTE
You must have a POZI Screwdriver N°1.
3 Set the SIM Data card into the slot provided into the OTU-8000, in
the right way.

4 Put back the OTU-8000 upper cover by fastening the 3 screws
removed in
step
1.
