Writing text

In an app that requires you to write text:
• The keys on the numeric keypad allow you to enter letters
• The # key lets you change keyboard:
– Lower case
– Upper case
– Numeric
– Predictive text (equivalent to T9, smart writing)
• The * key lets you access punctuation and emojis
• The central key acts as the return key
Press and hold the # key to switch from vibrate to ring mode,
and vice versa.
More generally, this key is used to change the keypad from
Lower case -> Upper case -> Numeric when you write text.
