ÉTAPE 2 :
Joindre les deux châssis supérieurs en installant
la traverse d'aluminium EX-022. Utiliser les
boulons Allen 21681P et les écrous 23166P
(sans épaulement)
Assurez-vous d'installer l'adapteur en acier EX-
023 devant l'écrou comme plaque de soutien.
Serrer les boulons Allen à un couple de 48 N -m
(35 lbf-pi). Voir la figure 2.

ÉTAPE 3 :
Installer le mancheron de plastique arrière aux
châssis en utilisant les boulons Allen 21681P.
Serrer les boulons Allen à un couple de 18 N-m
(13 lbf-pi). Voir la figure 3.

STEP 2:
Join the two upper frame plates by installing the
aluminium cross-piece EX-022. Use the Allen
bolts 21681P the elastic nuts 23166P (without
shoulder) to fix the aluminium cross-piece.
Ensure to install the steel adaptor EX-023 in
front of the nut as a backing plate. Tighten the
bolts with a torque of 48 N-m (35 lbs-ft). See
figure 2.
STEP 3:
Install the rear plastic handle bar with the frame
by using the Allen bolts 21681P. Tighten the
bolts with a torque of 18 N-m (13 lbs-ft). See
figure 3.
