PROCÉDURE D'ASSEMBLAGE
Si vous avez des doutes lors de l' a ssemblage,
référez-vous aux vues explosées à la fin de ce
manuel.
ÉTAPE 1 :
Assembler les logements de douilles assemblés
(EX-010 et EF -1418-10) à chacun des châssis
supérieur. Utiliser les boulons Allen 21652P et
les
écrous
à
épaulement
l'installation. Les logements de douilles doivent
être insérées aux trous par l'extérieur du châssis
(côté du décalque). Serrer les boulons à un
couple de 31.5 N-m (23 lbf-pi). Référez-vous à la
figure 1.

IMPORTANT : Sur
certains modèles , la chaîne
d'entraînement est située à la droite du véhicule.
Dans ces cas, l'assemblage des logements de douille
versus les châssis est différent. Référez vous à la vue
explosé RIGHT SIDE CHAIN M OUNTED à la page
24. Il est aussi possible que sur certain moto
l'assemblage soit complètement différent, l o rs de cas
d'assemblage spéciaux, référez vous au manuel

If you have doubts during the assembly, refer to
the exploded views at the end of this manual.
STEP 1:
Assemble the
bushing
(EX-010 and EF-1418-10) with each upper
frame plate. Use the Allen bolts 21652P and the
shoulder nuts 23164F for the installation. The
bushing housings mus t be inserted into the hole
by the outside of the frame (sticker side). Tighten
the bolts with a torque of 31.5 N-m (23 lbs-ft).
Refer to the figure 1.
IMPORTANT:
On certain models, the chain is
located on the right side of the bike. In these cases,
the assembly procedure of the bushing housing
versus the frame plate is different. Refer to the
explode view RIGHT SIDE CHAIN MOUNTED on
page 24. It is also possible that on certain bikes this
assembly is completely different, refer to the
*SPECIAL ASSEMBLY* manual included with the
documentation of the installation assembly box
(XPLO-ADAP -XX).
