If the actions described fail to resolve the fault or another error code is displayed then take one of the following steps:
- Please contact the service department;
- Send the device for repair, including a short description of the fault.

Effect Solution
Heating off - Switch off device and allow to cool down
Heating off - Plug in contact plug (L)
- Plug in contact thermometer or PT 1000 temperature sensor
- Replace faulty connection cable, plug, or contact thermometer
- Switch off device
