Before storing the steam mop, ensure that it has cooled and dried fully. Ensure that the water tank is
empty, remove the micro-fibre pad and wash ready for next use.
Store in a clean dry place.

Possible solution
The water tank may be empty, add water to

There is no power to the steam mop. Make sure
the steam mop is plugged in to the mains
power supply.
The fuse or breaker might be blown. Check the
fuse by replacement or reset the breaker. If the
device still does not turn on contact customer
service.
The power cord might not be plugged in. Plug
the power cord into a working mains power
supply.
