The Power 48-5000 and the Torqeedo charger unit must be interconnected using
a data cable. Additionally, the On/Off switch must be connected to the cable and
switched on.

The Torqeedo charger units automatically signal to the Power 48-5000 when they
are ready to charge. This switches the batteries on. The system does not need to be
switched on manually.
