In case of mechanical problems of any nature, please use the following exploded assembly drawing.
Here, all the parts are represented with a specific number. If needed, please mention this number to
replace the part free of charge in the course of guarantee period. Even the shipping costs are borne
by Skandika.
Solution
1. Check whether the sensor magnet is assembled correctly and is in front of the sensor.
2. Check whether the distance between the magnet and sensor (correct==5 mm or less)
3. Check whether all the plugs and jacks are connected correctly and firmly.
4. Check whether the cables are intact.
If these checks are not successful, replace the sensor.
Check whether the PCB is connected firmly with the computer housing. Tighten the screw properly
but not very tight.
Open the computer housing, remove the PCB screws, remove the PCB carefully, align the LCD
screen or the membrane correctly and assemble the parts.
