Solution
1. Check the assembly instructions and make sure that all computer connectors etc. are connec-
ted correctly and FIRMLY.
2. Check the resistance of the equipment and make sure that it has been adjusted correctly. A
problem can arise if the motor tries to adjust the resistance; loud noises occur in that case. This
can be a sign that the motor has been already damaged due to a fault. Eliminate the fault and
check the motor.
3. Motor problem
a. Symptoms can be that the motor makes extraordinarily loud noises. The gear wheels do not
interlock correctly. Reverse the resistance and check it again.
b. If the motor does not move at all, check as described above.
4. If not successful, exchange the motor.
Disconnect the adapter and/or remove the batteries.
Connect the adapter and/or the batteries. This starts the IC chip again and helps to connect the IC
chip with the computer.
Remove the IC chip and insert it again.
If reinserting the chip does not help, replace the IC chip.
Check whether you have held the handle bar firmly with both the hands.

3. If the above solutions do not help, replace the motor.
Check whether the hand pulse connector is stuck.
1. The hand pulse sensors do not function correctly if your skin is extremely dry. Moisten your
hands and try it again.
2. The hand pulse sensors must be held tightly. If you move your hands during the training, the
computer receives only interrupted signal. Do not move your hands and hold the handlebar
firmly. If your hands move, wait for few seconds so that the computer captures your data again
and displays it.
3. Clean the sensors to ensure a good contact.
4. Remove the sensors to check whether the connections are correct.
If the problem is not eliminated as per the above approach to a problem, please contact your
dealer.
Check whether the adapter and battery specifications are correct according to the operating inst-
ructions.
Check whether the main switch is on and supplies power presently.
Check whether the adapter is correctly connected to the mains as well as to the computer.
Check whether the batteries have been inserted.
Check whether the batteries have been inserted correctly and with correct polarity (+/-).
