Solution
1. Check the ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS and make sure that all computer plugs etc. are con-
nected correctly and FIRMLY.
2. Check the resistance of the appliance and make sure that it was set-up correctly.
A problem can appear if the motor tries to adjust the resistance - it makes loud sounds then.
This can be a sign that the motor was damaged already by fault. Remove the fault and check
the motor.
3. Motor problems
a. Symptoms can be that the motor makes unusually loud sounds.
Then, the toothed wheels don't interlock correctly.
Reset the resistance and try it again.
b. If the motor does not move any more, check as described above.
4. If you don't succeed, replace the motor
Separate the adapter and/or, remove the batteries.
Connect the adapter and/or the batteries. This will restart the IC chip and will help to connect the
computer with the IC chip.
Remove the IC chip and then reset it.
If resetting the chip doesn't help, replace the IC chip.
Check whether you held the handles firmly with both hands.

Check whether the hand pulse plugs are attached tightly.
1. The hand pulse sensors don't work correctly if your skin is extremely dry. Moisten your hands
and try it again.
2. The hand pulse sensors must be held tightly. If your hands move during the training, the
computer will only receive an interrupted signal. Don't move your hands and hold the handles
tightly. If you move your hands, wait for few seconds, so that the computer can collect your data
again and show.
3. Clean the sensors in order to guarantee a good contact.
4. Remove the sensors, in order to check, whether the connections are correct.
5. If the problem is not fixed even after trying above solution, please contact your dealer.
Contact your dealer and replace the computer.
Check whether the adapter and battery specifications are correct in accordance with instruction
manual.
Check whether the main switch is switched on and actually supplies the power.
Check whether the adapter is connected correctly to the electricity point and also to the computer.
Check whether batteries were placed.
Check, whether the batteries are placed correctly and with the right polarity (+ / -).
Contact your dealer and replace the computer.
