Safety Instructions
We assume no liability for damage resulting from incorrect connection or improper use.
•
Read this installation and operating manual carefully.
•
Connection and maintenance of the air curtain system may only be carried out by qualified
personnel.
•
The general requirements of the NEN 1010 standard must be observed!
•
The electrical connection must be carried out in accordance with the enclosed circuit
diagram.
•
During maintenance, the voltage to the air curtain system must be interrupted and the
installation must be protected against unauthorized activation.
•
Observe the permissible mains voltage. The data can be found on the type plate. Store
the air curtain system in a dry, weather-resistant place. The storage temperature may be
between -20 °C and +40 °C.
•
Ensure that air curtain installations are not stacked or loaded on top of each other.
•
The heating element of a used air curtain system must be removed. The storage temperatu-
re should in that case be between +4 °C and +40 °C.
If the electric heating element is heated for the first time, vapors may occur.
We recommend setting the maximum heating and ventilation positions during the initial commis-
sioning and running the air curtain system for a few minutes. Make sure the room is sufficiently
ventilated.
Storage and transport
Open the package upon receipt and check the air curtain for possible transport damage. Visible
damage must be reported immediately. DO NOT open the packaging if damage is visible from
the outside. Store the air curtain dry and leave it in the packaging as long as possible to prevent
damage.
