the air regulator clockwise to increase air pressure
and counterclockwise to decrease air pressure.
Depending on the tool operated by the air com-
pressor, it can be used for operating sprayers, air
tools, grease guns, tire & ball inflation, etc. Proper
adjusting the air pressure regulator is necessary
for all of these operations. Refer to the air pres-
sure specifications provided with the tool you are
using.
WARNING
Never increase the air pressure above the maximum
air pressure capability of the machine to avoid dam-
age to the machine or the risk of an explosion caus-
ing injury or death.
Pressure gauges
The dual pressure gauzes (Fig. 1.9) indicate the air
pressure in the tank and the air pressure of the de-
livered air through the air outlet.
Pressure Switch
The red knob pressure switch (Fig. 1.8) turns the
air compressor on and off. When the switch is
pulled up, the compressor is turned on. When
the switch is in pushed down, the compressor is
turned off.
NOTE
Always make sure that compressor pressure switch is
in the "OFF" position before connecting the machine
to its power supply.

POWER CORD
To avoid shock or fire hazard, if the power cord is
worm or cut, or damaged in any way, have it re-
place immediately. Electrical connection cables
often suffer insulation damage. Possible causes
are:
1. Punch points when connection cables are run
2. Kinks resulting from incorrect attachment or
3. Cuts resulting from running over the connect-
4. Insulation damage resulting from forcefully
5. Cracks through aging of insulation.
6. Such defective electrical connection cables
OIL CHANGE
WARNING
Checking the level and changing the oil should be
done on solid and level ground. The unit has to be
stopped at all times. If the compressor had been
running, it will be hot and the procedure should be
done with care and necessary precautions in order
to avoid burn danger.
To check the oil level look through the sight glass
that the oil level reaches the red dot. If required,
add enough oil through the oil filler neck to bring
the oil level to red dot on the sight glass
To change the oil:
1. Place a suitable container under the oil sight
2. Remove the oil breather cap.
3. Remove the sight glass by turning it counter-
4. Reposition the sight glass and tighten appro-
5. Gradually add enough oil through the oil filler
6. Reposition the oil breather cap and tighten ap-
NOTE
If the machine frequently works under extremely
dusty or other severe circumstances, change the oil
more frequently.
CLEANING
Use a small soft brush to clean the outside of the
unit. Do not use strong detergents. Household
cleaners that contain aromatic oils such as pine
and lemon and solvents such as kerosene can

power source to store it. Store the machine only in
dry and well ventilated areas.
In case the machine will be stored for an extended
time, use the following storage procedure:
