• Gently place the tool on the workpiece surface.
• Avoid contact with foreign objects (such as metal screws and nails) during operation.
• Do not allow the sandpaper to wear away, replace it as needed.
Scraping operation
• Install the scraper blade (8) onto the tool. Example application: removing vinyl, vernish,
paint layers, carpet, caulk and adhesives.
• Hold the machine with both hands in a stable position, then switch on the machine without
loading for few seconds.
• Adjust the speed of the tool with scrolling the speed dial (4).
• Gently place the tool on the workpiece surface at an angle of 10-15°.
• If the substance is strong adhesive, grease the scraper blade to reduce gumming up.
• If you need to work on a delicate surface, use masking tape to protect the surface.
After use
• Remove the tool from the workpiece surface, then switch off the tool.
5.3- Tips
• Secure the workpiece with suitable clamping devices.
• Do not apply excessive pressure on the tool. Allow the tool to do the work.
• Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormal vibration or noise.
• Avoid prolong usage at low speed. If the tool becomes too hot, especially when used at low
speed, set the speed to maximum and run without load for 2 minutes to allow the motor cool
down.
• Always keep the blade sharp.
• In case of uncertainty behind the object, use suitable detectors to find concealed power lines
before sawing.
