Adjusting the output torque level
• The output torque can be adjusted by air regulator (4).
• Turn the regulator counter-clockwise to increase the output torque.
Setting Forward / Reverse direction
• Rotation direction can be selected with Forward/Reverse button (2).
• To change direction, push the button once.
• "F" for forward direction, while "R" for reverse direction.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
This air impact wrench is a portable pneumatic tool and is designed for tightening and loosening
nuts, bolts and threaded screws. The tool is intended for domestic use, but not for artisanal,
commercial, professional and/or industrial use.
5.2- Operation
• Connect the air tool to the air supply.
• Attached a suitable socket onto the socket adaptor (1).
• Select the desired rotation direction.
• Place the socket over the subject nut and depress the trigger (3) to start the air tool.
• Adjust the output torque until the desired level is achieved.
• When the work is done, remove the socket adaptor.
• Disconnect the air tool from air supply.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
WARNING!
Before any intervention on product, always disconnect it from the air supply.
Reminder: In order to maintain the machine in good working condition, carry out regular
maintenance of the machine after each use and before storage. Any breach or inadequate
maintenance reduces the life of the machine and increases the risk of breakdowns and accidents.
6.1- Cleaning
• Disconnect the air tool from the air supply.
• Clean the product with a dry clean cloth. Do not use water or detergent for cleaning.
• Never immerse the product in water or any liquids.
6.2- Lubrication
• Lubricate the product before every use.
• Turn over the air impact wrench and transfer a few drops of lubricating oil into the air inlet
(5).
• Connect the product to air supply, then run it without load for few seconds to distribute oil
throughout the tool.
