REGULAR MAINTENANCE
1. Adjustment running belt:
Adjustment running belt: At time of delivery the running belt has been adjusted to medium strength.
However, it can happen that the belt gets out of place during transportation or after being used for
a longer time. If you have the feeling that the belt does not stay in its place when running, it has to
be tightened.
To stop the belt from moving improperly, please switch the treadmill off. Then turn the screws either
a quarter to the right or a quarter to the left as shown below. After adjusting, turn the treadmill back
on and check if the belt now stays in one place. Repeat the procedure if necessary. NEVER turn the
screws more than a quarter turn at a time. The running belt is correctly adjusted when you no longer
have the feeling that it moves while running.
Tightens the right side of the belt.

NOTE: When adjusting the treadmill, the maximum speed of less 3KM/h must not be exceeded, and
fingers, hair and clothing must be kept away from the treadmill.
2. Centering the running belt
The belt is factory-adjusted and can be too loose or too tight after transport or use. When the running

belt is too loose, the speed is adjusted to 6 km/h. Turn the adjustment screw in clockwise direction.

When the belt is to tight, use the wrench rotate the lift and right adjustment screws in the counterclock-

5. Running belt lubrication:
The treadmill board has been pre-coated with silicone lubricants before leaving the factory. After a
while the lubrication wears off and the friction between the treadmill belt and board increases the
resistance. This reduces the performance and durability of the treadmill. We therefore recommend
that you use lubricating oil (approx. 60 ml each time).
• How often is a refill required?
For weekly use less than 5h refilling is necessary every six months. For weekly use over 5h refilling is
necessary every three months.
• Refilling method
First stop the treadmill. The funnel of the treadmill fills with approx.
30ml. After start the treadmill and set its speed to 3-5 km/h for
about 10 minutes.
6. Control & check up of treadmill:
• It is recommended to always check the treadmill for loose parts
and screws, if necessary fix and tighten the screws.
• Check regularly that the running belt is correctly tightened.
• Check the emergency braking with the safety key for security and
function.
• Check regularly the lubrication between running belt and running plate.
