Safety Instructions
The basic safety instructions are always to be followed when using the treadmill: Read all safety
information carefully before using this equipment.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of an electric shock, always disconnect the treadmill from
the power supply immediately after use and before cleaning, assembling, or servicing
the treadmill.
• Never leave the treadmill unattended while connected to a power source.
• This treadmill has been developed for indoor use. Use this appliance for its intended use only.
Improper use is not permitted.
• Do not attempt any maintenance or any other adjustments or changes other than those described
in this manual to avoid damages and loss of warranty.
• Place the treadmill on solid, even ground with a minimum safety area clearance of two meters
around the treadmill.
• Please do not place the treadmill in a damp environment.
• Do not use or set up the treadmill in a place exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
• Do not use the treadmill if it has been exposed to excessive dampness or water. In such case contact
your dealer.
• Make sure that the room, in which the treadmill is placed, is adequately ventilated and that the air
openings of the engine compartment are not blocked.
• Do not place any objects on the treadmill.
• Check the stability of the treadmill before training.
• Do not pull the treadmill by its power cord.
• Elderly or physically impaired people should only use the treadmill under the necessary supervision.
• Do not use any sprays or aerosol products near the treadmill to avoid damages.
• Wear comfortable and suitable clothing during use. Do not use the treadmill barefoot or wearing
socks. Always wear appropriate, enclosed athletic footwear. Never wear loose or baggy clothing
or other items which could get caught on the treadmill and create an entrapment hazard.
• Children under 14 years-old, pregnant women and sick people must not use the treadmill. Failure
to comply with safety regulations may result in injury.
• Ensure that people or pets are not distracting you during training.
• After use please turn off the treadmill and unplug the power cord.
• Make sure your hands are dry. Do not pull out the power plug with wet hands to avoid the risk of
an electric shock or other injury.
• We strongly recommend that you do not exceed the suggested maximum of 2 hours per total train-
ing session. If the engine has been operating for more than 2 hours, please switch it off and let it
rest for about 1 hour.
• To move the treadmill it must be disconnected from the power supply and the power cord removed.
• Non-specialists are not allowed to open the outer cover of the treadmill.
• Do not use the treadmill if the outer cover is torn, broken or loosened (the inner structure must not
be exposed) to avoid accidents and injuries.
• Do not jump up and down during training. A fall can cause injuries.
• Do not switch on the treadmill if the power cord, power plug or adapter socket is damaged or
loose. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in electric shock, short circuit or fire.

• Do not bend or twist the power cord. The power supply must not be jammed. Noncompliance may
result in fire or electric shock.
• The heart rate monitor on this treadmill is not a medical test, the measurement results are for refer-
ence only.
• Before exercising, make sure that all functions of the treadmill are working properly. The handle
and the front part should be firmly connected; injuries may result if these two elements are not
securely fixed.
• Do not stand on the treadmill when turning it on.
• Please attach the safety key to your clothing before the training. In the event of a fall, the device
switches off immediately.
• Before exercising, make sure that you follow the direction of movement of the treadmill with your
feet. If the running speed meets your expectations, start the training. Make sure that your running
position is correct.
• At the beginning the running speed should not exceed 4 km/h in order to avoid the risk of injury.
• When the workout is complete, pull the safety key or press the stop button to exit the training.
• If you notice anything unusual while using the treadmill, turn it off and disconnect it from the power
supply.
• This machine is limited to one-man training and has a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg. Make
sure that no other people are on the treadmill during the workout.
• If you experience leg numbness, dizziness, chest pain, nausea, shortness of breath, fast heartbeat
and other physical abnormalities during training, please stop training immediately and consult your
doctor.
• If you are being treated for any of the following health conditions, please ensure that you only use
the treadmill after consulting a specialist.
• Severe back or leg injuries, numbness in the waist, neck or legs
(herniated disc, spondylolisthesis, and other age-related diseases).
• Arthritis, rheumatism, gout.
• Osteoporosis and similar anomalies.
• Circulatory disorders (heart diseases, vascular diseases, high blood pressure, etc.)
• Dysfunction of the respiratory tract.
• Electronic implantable medical devices used by an artificial pacemaker.
• Malignant tumors.
• Thrombosis or severe aneurysm, severe parathyroid tumors.
• Impairment of consciousness caused by diabetes.
• Skin lesions.
• Patients with a high fever of 38 degrees Celsius or higher.
• Women who are pregnant or possibly pregnant or are menstruating.
