START / PAUSE BUTTON: STANDBY MODE SETTINGS.
After a countdown of 5 seconds the treadmill starts the selected program.
When the treadmill is in running mode, press this button to pause the tread-
mill. Press this button again to restart the treadmill.
STOP-BUTTON
This button stops the treadmill, resets all settings; the treadmill is set into stand-
by mode.
PROGRAM BUTTON
This button is used to select one of the different programs when the treadmill
is in standby mode.
MODE BUTTON
Use this button in standby mode to adjust time, distance and calorie count-
down settings.
SPEED +
Press this button to adjust the treadmill speed while running. The speed is
increased by 0.1 km/h per click; in the countdown mode and in the program
setting mode the speed can also be adjusted.
SPEED -
Press this button to adjust the treadmill speed while running. The speed is
reduced by 0.1 km/h per click; in the countdown mode and in the program
setting mode the speed can also be adjusted.

By pressing this button the running speed of the treadmill is directly increased
by 4km/h.
SPEED SHORTCUT-BUTTON
By pressing this button the running speed of the treadmill is directly increased
by 6km/h.
SPEED SHORTCUT-BUTTON
By pressing this button the running speed of the treadmill is directly increased
by 48km/h.
