3. BOTTLE RACK AND MOBILE PHONE SEAT INSTALLATION
Insert the cup holder into its provided slot and push it downwards. Take out the smartphone or
tablet carrier and insert it into the provided slot.
4. SLOPE ADJUSTMENT
This treadmill has a manual three-step inclination adjustment; please lift the treadmill by one
hand at the rear, pull the handle slightly towards you and let it snap back in completely at the
desired height.

5. TREADMILL VERTICAL STORAGE
WARNING! Incorrect placement of the treadmill might cause inju-
ries and damage!
Set up the treadmill with one hand at the rear end. With the other,
pull the round black knob out slightly, so that the U-shaped metal
rod settles on the floor and locks firmly.
ATTENTION! You MUST insert the Safety Key to use the treadmill or
to make any further settings!
