CHECKING THE AUTO-REPAIR FUNCTION
•
put the door approx. half open using the emergency stop (5)
•
lift the bottom beam left and right OUT of the guide
•
unlock the emergency stop (5)
•
open the door with the buttoni
•
after the timer signal the door now runs properly in the guides again
•
IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE THE SETTING ABOVE IS TOO LOW!
•
in this case, correct the 'end position up' with the precision adjustment P231 and
repeat this check
FINAL CONTROL
•
push the bottom beam of the door out of its guides during closing (push firmly!)
•
the door stops, fully opens again and should then (after the timer signal) arrive back
in the guides (so-called auto-repair function).
REMARK OPEN POSITION
•
a too HIGH setting can wind the bottom beam on the roller!
•
with too LOW setting the bottom beam can no longer return in the funnel with the
crash test and the 'end position above' must be corrected by fine adjustment.
PROCEDURE FOR FINE ADJUSTMENT ABOVE
•
open the door and 'lock' the position with the emergency stop (5)
•
go to parameter P231 (the value of P231 = '0')
•
give P231 the value '+10' to have the door stop approx. 10 mm higher or '-10' to
have the door stop 10 mm lower. Set the value depending on the desired correction.
PROCEDURE FINE ADJUSTMENT BELOW
•
close the door and 'lock' the position with the emergency stop (5)
•
go to parameter P221 (the value of P221 = '0')
•
give P221 the value '+10' to have the door stop approx. 10 mm higher or '-10' to
have the door stop 10 mm lower. Set the value depending on the desired correcti-
on.

SWITCHING ON THE CRASHPROOF FUNCTION
•
make sure that the door is closed
•
go to parameter P870
•
change the parameter value '0' to '7'.
SETTING THE LIGHT SCREEN TEST FUNCTION (IF APPLICABLE)
•
make sure that the door is open
•
go to parameter P54A
•
change the value '0' to '1'.
FULLY RESETTING THE END POSITIONS
•
go to parameter P210. If it does not appear, first switch off the supply voltage until
the display goes out and switch on again.
•
set the P210 value to '5'
•
if the emergency stop (5) is pulled out, 'E.i.c.h' appears (flashing dots) on the control
box display
•
now continue with 'Setting end positions'.
COMPLETING THE ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
When all parameters are correctly adjusted, the door is ready for use.
THEN PUSH THE DIP SWITCH DOWN AGAIN (see figure 1)!
