Oven Temperature Offset
The oven is calibrated to provide accurate results. This
feature is useful if you prefer your foods lighter or darker.
When an offset temperature is selected, the actual oven
temperature is raised or lowered by this value.
The oven must be turned off in order to set an offset value.
Refer to "Temperature Offset" in "Settings Menu Options"
for setting.

decreased by this value.
This feature is useful if food
is consistently either too
brown or too light.
The range for changing the
offset is between +/- 35° F
(+/- 19 °C) in 1° increments.
For double ovens: You can
set the Oven Temperature
Offset for each oven
separately.
The default value is 0.
