Problem
The appliance
is not working
properly
The food item is
raw even after the

The food item is

The appliance is not
connected to the socket
The ON/OFF button was
not pressed after select-
ing a cooking function
The tray is too full
The temperature is set
too low
The cooking time is set
too low
For some food items,
you need to shake the
container once during
the cooking time
The tray is over-filled
The tray is not properly
inserted
You are frying oily food
items
There is too much oil in
the frying tray
Troubleshooting
Insert the connection cable of
the appliance into a properly
installed socket
Press the ON/OFF button after
selecting the mode to start the
appliance
Fry the items in several batches
instead of over-filling the tray
Set the correct temperature and
fry again
Set the correct cooking time and
fry again
Remove the tray during the
cooking time and shake the
items once, so that they are
stirred
The contents of the tray should
never exceed the maximum
mark
Ensure that the tray is properly
inserted into the hot air fryer
It is not uncommon in such cases
for steam to escape
Please always clean the trays
after use
