6. TROUBLESHOOTING

The subwoofer does not power up:
1. Check that the system is connected to a working power supply.
2. Check that the power supply or power supply link connector is correctly inserted and locked (turned
clockwise).
The subwoofer powers up but does not emit any sound:
1. Check that the audio signal input or audio signal link connections are made correctly.
2. Check that the Subwoofer Attenuation is set to 0 dB.
3. Check that the audio source (mixer) is connected correctly and is active.
4. If there is an RDNet network connection with DBTECHNOLOGIES NETWORK control, check that the
MUTE function is disabled.
The subwoofer emits an unsatisfactory sound:
1. Check the design, installation specifications and configuration with DBTECHNOLOGIES COMPOSER.
2. Check that the various parameters have effectively been copied onto the module control panel
(especially when not controlling the modules remotely).
3. If there is an RDNet network connection with DBTECHNOLOGIES NETWORK control, check that all
parameters are set correctly.
