CONNECTING AND LINKING THE AUDIO AND RDNET SIGNALS

The illustration above shows an example of a generic connection in which subwoofer 1
is underneath subwoofer 2, illustrating the audio and network connections this time. Use cables
with XLR connectors (audio) and etherCON/RJ45 (network); these cables are not provided. For further
information about available cable types, refer to the picture on the following page.
For the audio connection, connect the MIXER/LINE cable to the BALANCED AUDIO INPUT (A)
on subwoofer 1. Link the signal from the first to the second. To do this, connect the BALANCED
AUDIO OUTPUT/LINK (B) on subwoofer 1 to the BALANCED AUDIO INPUT (C) on subwoofer 2.
Repeat this step to connect the whole system.
For the network connection, connect the DATA IN (A) connector on subwoofer 1 to the remote
controller (RDNet CONTROL 2 or RDNet CONTROL 8). Link the signal by connecting DATA OUT (B)
on subwoofer 1 to DATA IN (C) on subwoofer 2.
Repeat this step to connect the whole system.
