VI. GUARANTEE
We provide a 24 months guarantee for products supplied by us, from the date of purchase.
the adhesive electrodes are for personal use. For hygiene reasons, they can therefore neither be returned nor exchanged.
the life expectancy of the adhesive electrodes is estimated at approximately 40 uses.
never attempt to repair or modify the device yourself or by a repairman not authorized by SPOrt-ELEC®. the guarantee becomes
null and void if repairs have been carried out by non-authorized persons or if the replacement parts used are not from the same
manufacturer.
Similarly, only use compatible accessories manufactured by SPOrt-ELEC®.
During the guarantee period we repair, free of charge, manufacturing defects or faulty parts, reserving the right to decide if certain
parts need repairing or replacing, or if the device itself must be replaced.
Any damage resulting from improper use (knocks, plugging into a direct current, wrong voltage...) does not fall under the guarantee;
normal wear and tear does not affect the proper functioning or value of the device.
the guarantee is only valid if the date of purchase and the stamp and signature of the retailer appear on the guarantee certificate or
upon presentation of the till receipt (see "guarantee certificate" at the end of this manual).
no other claims fall under the guarantee, unless otherwise provided by law.
ACCESSORIES GUARANTEE
the electrodes are designed for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, there will be no trade-in nor exchange.
