12 CHANGEMENT DE LA POULIE
D'ENTRAÎNEMENT
1.
Dévisser les 2 vis imbus du couvercle
sur la tête du Micro-Hite, retirer le
couvercle
2.
Dévisser la molette et la vis imbus du
support pupitre, retirer le support pupitre
3.
Dévisser les 2 vis imbus du couvercle
de la pompe et retirer le couvercle de la
pompe
4.
Dévisser les 8 vis imbus (350-600) - 10
vis (900) qui maintiennent les 2 demi-
coques de la carrosserie
5.
Retirer les 2 demi-coques en les
poussant vers le haut
6.
Désserrer l'écrou du tendeur de câble
sur la tête de l'instrument (ne pas
dévisser entièrement)
7.
Dévisser les 2 vis imbus du support de
la poulie de renvoi sur la base du Micro-
Hite à gauche
8.
Retirer le support ( Attention que le
câble ne frotte pas sur la règle en verre,
car cela pourrait âbimer la gaine de
protection du câble - attention le contre-
poids n'est plus freiner)
9.
Sur le support avant de l'entraîne-ment,
sur la face droite (pièce noircie), il y a
un trou. Enfiler un tournevis imbus de
2mm,
10.
tourner le poulet jusqu'à ce que l'on
trouve une vis imbus. Débloquer la vis,
tourner le poulet de 120º, il y a une
seconde vis. Dévisser entièrement cette
vis et retirer le poulet, récupèrer la
dernière vis.
11.
Enfiler une goupille de Ø 2.5mm dans le
trou à la place du tournevis imbus de
2mm de façon à bloquer l'entraînement
12.
Déserrer l'écrou auto-bloquant (clé à
fourche de 13mm), en retenant
l'entraînement avec la goupille
PAS UTILISER LE FREIN
D'ENTRAÎNEMENT!)
13.
Dévisser l'écrou jusqu'à pouvoir le
déserrer à la main
14.
Dévisser les 2 vis imbus du support
d'entraînement avant et sortir les deux
vis
15.
Dévisser les 2 vis imbus du support
d'entraînement arrière et sortir les deux
vis

12. AUSWECHSELN DER
ANTRIEBSROLLE
1. Abdeckkappe mittels den 2
Inbusschrauben entfernen.
2. Befest. Winkel für Bedienpult mittels
Drehknopf- und Inbusschraube
entfernen.
3. Deckel für die Pumpe mittels den 2
Inbusschrauben entfernen.
4. Sämtliche Inbusschrauben (8 für 350
und 600 sowie 10 für 900) welche die
beiden Gehäuseschalen halten, sind
zu entfernen.
5. Beide Verschalungshälften stossend
nach oben ausfahren.
6. Seilspannmutter am Geräteoberteil
lockern (nicht kompl. lösen).
7. Entferne die 2 Inbusschrauben des
rechten Rollenhalters der unteren
Umlenkrolle.
8. Halter ausbauen.
Achtung! Die Glasmassstabkante darf
das Stahlseil und seine Schutzhülle
nicht berühren, ansonsten diese
beschädigt wird. Vorsicht, das
Gegengewicht ist nun frei.
9. Am linken Antriebshalter, ein 2 mm
Inbusschlüssel in die Hilfsbohrung
einführen (siehe Bild Seite 28).
10. Rändelrad soweit drehen, bis sich der
Inbusschlüssel in eine der beiden
Schrauben einführen lässt. Schraube
lockern. Durch Drehen des
Rändelrades die zweite Schraube
aufsuchen, diese lösen und entfernen.
Schraube aufbewahren.
11. Hindurch die Hilfsbohrung, mit einem
Stift ∅ 2.5 mm den Antrieb blockieren.
12. Selbst-Blockiermutter an Antrieb
mittels Gabelschlüssel 13 mm lösen.
(nicht Scheibenbremse benutzen.)
13. Mutter ganz lösen und von Hand
rausschrauben.

14. Die 2 Inbusschrauben des linken
Antriebhalters entfernen.
15. Die 2 Inbusschrauben des rechten
Antriebhalters entfernen.
16. Rechten Halter leicht anheben und
ausbauen. (Achtung, jeder Halter ist
mit 2 Messinghülsen geführt. Diese
nicht beschädigen).
17. Den linken Halter anheben und Antrieb
ausfahren. (Achtung, Seil nicht an der
Glasmassstabkante beschädigen. Die

1.
Unscrew the 2 cover hex screws of
the Micro-Hite head, take the over off.
2.
Unscrew the knurled nut and hex
screw of the control panel support,
take the support off.
3.
Unscrew the 2 hex screws of the pump
cover, at the right side of the
instrument, take the cover off.
4.
Unscrew the 8 hex screws (350- 600) -
10 screws (900) which held the 2 half
shells of the column housing.
5.
Withdraw the 2 half shells by pushing
them to the top.6.
6.
Unlock the nut of the tension cable on
the head of the instrument (do not
unscrew it completely).
7.
Unscrew the 2 hex screws of the return
pulley support on the left base of the
Micro-Hite
8.
Withdraw the support (Attention, that
the cable does not touch the glass
scale as this could damage the shield
tube of the cable - the counterweight is
not hold anymore.
9.
There is a hole on the front support of
the drive, on the right side (black part).
Enter a 2mm hex screw driver, turn it
until you have

found a hex screw. Unlock the screw,
turn the screw driver 120°, there you
will find a 2nd screw. Unscrew
completely that screw and pull the
screw driver out, get the last screw.
11.
Pass a pin of dia. 2.5mm through the
hole where the screw driver was in
order to lock the drive.
12.
Unlock the self-locking screw (spanner
of 13 mm) by holding the drive with the
pin DO NOT USE THE DISC BRAKE!)
13.
Unscrew the screw until you can
unlock it by hand.
14.
Unscrew the 2 hex screws of the front
drive support and take the the screws
out.
15.
Unscrew the 2 hex screws of the back
drive support and take the two screws
out
