Problem
Module is not
recognized
when connected
to the CPAP .
Card not
recognized
when inserted
into the module
card slot.
Card error.
Probable Cause
1. The CPAP is not
connected to a
power source.
2. Module is not fully
attached to the
CPAP .
1. Card not oriented
properly.
2. Card not fully
inserted in the
module card slot.
3. Module is not fully
attached to the
CPAP .
1. Wrong card type.
2. Card removed
during data transfer.
3. Card corrupt or
faulty.
Remedy
1. Connect the CPAP to an appropriate
power source and verify that the module
is recognized.
2. Remove the module from the CPAP ,
realign the primary data connector with
the circular DIN connector of CPAP , and
press firmly until the module is locked into
position. Be sure there is not a gap
between the module and the CPAP .
1. Refer to the symbol on the top of the
module or Figure 4 in this guide for proper
card orientation.
2. Press the card fully into the card slot until
the card clicks into position.
3. Remove the module from the CPAP ,
realign the primary data connector with
the circular DIN connector of CPAP , and
press firmly until the module is locked into
position. Be sure there is not a gap
between the module and the CPAP .
1. Only use a card supplied by your provider.
The card must be an SD card with FAT16
format.
2. Card must not be removed during data
transfer. Data transfer interruption may
corrupt the card and prevent the card
from working correctly. Reinsert card and
allow data transfer to continue until
completed.
3. Return card to provider for replacement.
